New Fully Galvanized Roof Design For Increased PeakLoad Capacities!

With its 30° degree pitch, our new roof comes standard with peak load capacities of up to 25,000 Lbs. (11,340Kg.) All roof panels are of high quality galvanized steel and feature a 2.5" (6.35 cm) interlocking "J" rib design for outstanding strength and reduced assembly time. The unique system requires minimal fasteners, reducing the likelihood of water leaks.

TITAN Bins Offer Unparalleled Strength and Durability

Only TITAN offers a 42.4" (107.70 cm) sidewall height which requires significantly fewer rings, seams and connection stiffeners than competing bins with a 33"(83.82 cm) sidewall.When combined with our exclusive "W" stiffener, TITAN bins offer unsurpassed strength while reducing costly assembly time and increasing your grain storage capacity.

The TITAN "W" Stiffeners - Leading the Competition! 

The exclusive TITAN exterior "W" stiffener is almost twice as strong as the closest competing stiffener. Designed to support the vertical load, the "W" stiffener system provides supplemental strength that allows TITAN bins to reach sidewall heights exceeding 100feet (30.48m)! It is also fully capable of supporting overhead cat walks and conveyors.To eliminate the complex shear load splice connection, a plate-to-plate connecting system fuses the stiffener lengths and positively transfers the weight-bearing load down the stiffener column. And because the unique "W" staggered stiffeners are located on the exterior of the bin, no graina ccumulates on inside walls as with interior stiffeners.

Rugged Corrugated Steel Sidewall System

TITAN corrugated steel sidewalls are created from high quality 20 through 8 gauge galvanized steel with a tensile strength up to 65 ksi (448mpa). Sidewall sheets are laminated together to provide greater strength on larger bins.The 4.714" (11.97 cm) peak-to-peak corrugation of our sidewalls is 3/4"(1.905 cm) wider than that of our closest competitor, thus reducing the chance for material to collect on the sidewall.

Standard G115 Galvanize Offers Superior Corrosion Resistance

G115 (350 g/m2) galvanize coating isused on all roof panels, sidewall sheets, and stiffeners. This provides over 27% more protection than the G90 (275 g/m2) industry standard, ensuring greater corrosion resistance and a longer life. In addition, TITAN also uses a superior JS500 coating on all hardware. Zinc-coated 5/16" (.80 cm) and 7/16" (1.11 cm) grade 8 bolts with serrated flange nuts are also used to provide maximum strength.

Easy Access Doors

TITAN bins have a standard two-piece portal frame door or optional walk-thru door. Both have an easy latch system to provide unobstructed entry without requiring the removal of cross ties, tie rods or tie bars. The door frames are hot-dip galvanized for superior corrosion resistance. 

Safety cage, platform and ladder system meets OSHA standards.

Anchor System Provides Solid Base

Chief's positive anchor designties the sidewall solidly to the foundation, allowing for single pass sweeps.

Wind Load Rings Offer Added Strength

When needed to meet local conditions and design criteria, windload rings are used to help TITAN bins withstand damaging winds up to 150 mph (241.4 k/h). In addition, the engineers at Chief Agri / Industrial will take the seismic load of your geographical area into consideration when designing your TITAN bin. 

Side Draw System for Easier Load Out

With TITAN's side draw system, load out stations can be set up for truck, rail or any other load-out needs with capacities of up to 40,000 bushel/hour (1200 MT/h).
