| In 2008/9 two 8000 tonne Chief Storage silos and associated handling equipment were erected at the Ingham Enterprises site at Mt Maunganui adjacent to their mill (completed by us in 2004). The new storage facility was designed and project managed by Ahrens Engineering Pty Ltd Australia with the conveyors and elevators supplied by Downfields Engineering Pty Ltd Australia. J P Marshall’s contract included: - Control of Civil and Electrical subcontractors.
- Supply & erect 2off Chief CB26-19 8000 tonne silos (25m Dia x 27m overall height)
- Manufacture and erect overhead walkways & support towers.
- Installation of the 400 tonne per hour intake system elevators, drag chain conveyors and hydraulic sweep augers plus associated chute work.
- Commissioning of the completed project.
